The Aspen Club is currently undergoing a complete reinvention and will reopen with new, world-class health, fitness and spa offerings as well as a new residential component.

July Construction Update
Progress continues at the Aspen Club. More than 150 workers have been busy onsite and working daily to bring the vision of the Aspen Club to reality.
Final utilities installation is being completed on the site, and improvements to Ute Avenue are set to begin in the next few weeks.The perimeter of the Aspen Club and the Aspen Club Residences buildings are taking shape with framework completed for the Sports Performance area, new physical therapy area, and the spa and salon facilities. Perhaps the most exciting visual changes is the start of the excavation of the new pool and outdoor patio areas.
The mechanical room is nearing completion with the large equipment in place and ready to be installed. Once hooked up, this equipment will provide the heating and cooling for the entire campus, utilizing the innovative geothermal well fields as the backbone of the Club’s energy management program.
The Townhome Residences continue to take shape with windows, doors, exterior stone, and siding all progressing on the building containing Residences 1-5. Final grading on the north and south side of this building will be completed over the next few weeks, and the large sound fence has been removed. Those on site tours can start to see the views to the river from the Residences. The two buildings containing Residences 6-10 and 11-14 are following close behind with drywall and interior work beginning.
