Live events are returning to Aspen Snowmass during summer 2021. And while many visitors plan their trips around our marquee festivals, you don't have to visit during a busy weekend to enjoy incredible events.

Aspen's calendar of weekly recurring events is a great way to round out your summer itinerary. Read on to see our best weekly attractions for summer 2021, and contact our Concierge Team with any questions or reservation requests!

Maroon Bells Naturalist Led Walks

Maroon Bells Naturalist-Led Walk | Daily, at 10:15 a.m. and 1:15 p.m., June 19 - Sept. 6, 2021

This short, guided tour is led by a naturalist from Aspen Center for Environmental Studies (ACES) and meanders along the shore of Maroon Lake. Guests an expect a 45-minute, one-mile easy hike that starts outside the Maroon Bells Information Center. No reservations required. MORE INFO >>

Aspen Summer Events

Mountaintop Yoga on Aspen Mountain | Weekdays at 10:30 a.m. from July 5 - Sept. 6

Ride the Aspen Mountain gondola or hike up to mountaintop yoga! These one-hour classes are led by Aspen Shakti yoga instructors atop Aspen Mountain. Participants must bring their own mats; cost is $10 paid directly to the yoga instructor. Gondola ticket not included. MORE INFO >>

Snowmass Ice Age Discovery Walks

Snowmass Wildflower Hike & Ice Age Discovery Hike | Daily, 10 a.m. & 1 p.m., June 13 - Sept. 7

Snowmass also hosts naturalist-led tours, presented by ACES. The Wildflower Hike begins at 10 a.m., and the Ice Age Discovery Hike starts at 1 p.m. Participants embark on a 3.5-mile, moderate hike that lasts two hours. No reservations required; this activity is free. MORE INFO >>

Ajax Tavern Movie Nights

Dinner & A Movie at Ajax Tavern | Mondays at 8:30 p.m., June 14 - Sept. 27

Elevate your date night with dinner + a movie in a spectacular setting at the Ajax Tavern patio. Order off the Ajax Tavern menu, or reserve a Veuve Clicquot package with a bottle of bubbly plus two lobster rolls ($200). MORE INFO >>

Snowmass Bonus Bike Nights

Bonus Bike Nights & Farm-to-Table Tuesdays | Tuesdays from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., June 29 - Aug. 10

The Snowmass Bike Park stays open late on Tuesdays during the summer! Purchase a late-arrival ticket for just $39 and enjoy the downhill trails from 3 p.m. until dusk. Then stay for dinner: Elk Camp Restaurant hosts Farm to Table Tuesdays with dinner served until 7:30 p.m. MORE INFO >>

Aspen History Tours

Aspen History Tours | Tuesday through Saturday at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., June 15 - Oct. 2

Aspen Historical Society leads a variety of tours that give visitors a glimpse into Aspen's storied past lasting between one and two hours and visiting historical sites and scenes around town. All tours require advanced registration and are capped at a maximum of eight participants. MORE INFO >>

Snowmass Rodeo

Snowmass Rodeo | Wednesdays, 7 p.m., June 23 - Aug. 18

The Snowmass Rodeo returns for its 47th year during summer 2021. Experience local Western heritage with country music, real cowboys and cowgirls, horses, livestock, and family fun. Purchase tickets in advance, and enjoy dinner and a show! MORE INFO >>

Snowmass Free Concert Series

Snowmass Free Concert Series | Thursdays, 6:30 p.m., June 10 - Aug. 26

Live music returns to Fanny Hill on Thursday evenings! There will be some updates to the experience (no food vendors, masks required on public transportation and in bathrooms), but the show goes on with great musical acts in an incredible mountain setting. MORE INFO >>

Brews Bands Bingo Snowmass

Fridays on the Mall in Snowmass | Fridays, 5 - 8 p.m. June 11 - Aug. 27

Spend Friday evenings in Snowmass Base Village and the Snowmass Village Mall. Enjoy food and drink specials, sidewalk sales, and live music. From 6 - 7 p.m., partake in a free community bingo game at The Collective. MORE INFO >>

Aspen Saturday Market

Aspen Saturday Market | Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. - 2 p.m., June 12 - Oct. 9

Shop for fresh Colorado produce, meats, cheeses, and other locally grown food at the Aspen Saturday Market. During summer 2021, the Aspen Saturday Market returns to its normal operations with more than just food vendors. MORE INFO >>

Ajax Tavern Live Music

Live Music at Ajax Tavern | Saturdays & Sundays, 3 - 6 p.m., June 12 - TBD

Cap off a day of adventure with live bluegrass music on Ajax Tavern's sunny, mountainside patio. Indulge in delicious food & drinks to celebrate your hike, bike ride, or other Aspen activity. MORE INFO >>

Music on Aspen Mountain

Music on the Mountain | Saturdays, 1 - 4 p.m., July 3 - Aug. 14

AMFS music students play light chamber music with the stunning Elk Mountain Range as a backdrop. Bring a picnic or purchase lunch at the Sundeck restaurant. (Gondola ticket or strenuous hike required to get to this event.) MORE INFO >>

Bluegrass Sundays at the Sundeck

Bluegrass Sundays at The Sundeck | Sundays, 1 - 4 p.m., July 11 - Sept. 26
