WINTER ADVENTURES AT THE LOST FOREST AT ELK CAMP
The Lost Forest, located at the mid-mountain Elk Camp zone on Snowmass ski area, has become a must-visit adventure center during the summer, but it also hosts amazing winter activities. We recommend a trip to The Lost Forest to all the families who stay with us. Zoom down the Breathtaker Alpine Coaster or race each other in the Snow Tubing Course. Enjoy a night out with the family-friendly Ullr Nights.

BREATHTAKER ALPINE COASTER
Aptly named, this thrill ride through snowy pine forests will leave riders of all ages with a smile on their face. The Breathtaker Alpine Coaster reaches speeds of up to 28 miles per hour on an elevated track that stretches over a mile.
WINTER 2022-23 OPERATING DATES:
Open 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily
- Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays: Nov. 24 - Dec. 11, 2022 and April 7 - 16, 2023
- Daily between Dec. 16, 2022 - April 2, 2023
Purchase tickets at the Elk Camp Gondola Ticket Office and sign your release waiver; gondola pass is also required to access The Lost Forest and Elk Camp Restaurant.

SNOW TUBING AT ELK CAMP
Race your family and friends down the multi-lane course with banked turns carved into the ski slope. At the bottom, grab your tube and hop back on the magic carpet for another run!

Ullr Nights at Elk Camp
As the sun sets, ride the gondola up to Elk Camp Restaurant and Elk Camp Meadows for nighttime outdoor winter activities including tubing, riding the Breathtaker Alpine Coaster, snowbiking, s'mores, and hot chocolate by the bonfire. Enjoy an à la carte gourmet dinner items at Elk Camp Restaurant from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and feast on starry skies as you ride back down to Snowmass Village.
