Capturing the magic of winter, ice skating is a quintessential ski-vacation activity. Whether you’re a first-time skater or a double-axel pro, Aspen and Snowmass have venues to capture the perfect moment on the ice!
Silver Circle Ice Skating Rink is located in downtown Aspen and operated by CP Burger. Guests can rent skates at the restaurant between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. daily.
Aspen Recreation Center is home to an NHL-sized Lewis Ice Arena that is open for public skate sessions. Guests of Frias Properties receive complimentary entry, and reservations are required. Skate rental is not currently available. Learn more >>
Snowmass Base Village has a new ice-skating rink outside The Collective community center. Skate rentals and admission is free between 12 p.m. and 9 p.m. daily! Spectators can grab a sweet from The Crepe Shack and watch the action on the rink from a seat by the many outdoor fire pits.
Snowmass Village Ice Skating Rink is a free, community facility located at the Town Park Tennis Courts. Bring your skates and hit the ice between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. daily. We recommend calling ahead to make sure there aren’t other activities scheduled during your preferred skate time: 970-922-2240
